It is the policy of the college that enrolment is only open to children whose parent/s attend their church regularly.

All applications are processed in accordance with our Enrolment Policy.

Book A Tour

Tours give you the opportunity to walk around the school, visit classrooms and ask any questions you have. They're also a great way to get a feel for the College and to learn more about the Donvale experience. Personalised tours are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings during school term.

To request a tour, please complete the form here.

Tours can be booked at any stage of the enrolment process.

How To Apply

Please complete the Application for Enrolment Form and submit it with the following documents:

  • A letter of reference from your church pastor/minister
  • A copy of your child/ren’s birth certificate/s
  • A copy of your child/ren’s passport/s and visa/s if they are not Australian citizens
(Please note we do not accept full fee paying international students)

A non-refundable application fee of $100 per family applies.

Next Steps

Once an application is received, applicants will be provided with a receipt of payment and will be assigned to a waiting list.

Approximately 18 months before the intended year of entry, our enrolment team will contact parents to confirm their intention to proceed with enrolment.

Families will then be invited to an interview with our Executive Principal and a member of our College Board regarding their faith and to meet the family.
Please note, due to lengthy waiting lists, we are unable to interview every family who applies.

After the interview, successful applicants will either receive a Letter of Offer or will remain on the waiting list until a place becomes available.

Once an offer is received, families should complete and return all forms, along with the non-refundable pre-entry fee of $1800, to finalise the enrolment.

A second interview with the relevant Primary and/or Secondary leadership team will take place in the year before entry. This interview is centred on learning and transition.

See here for our Fee Schedule.

Waiting List

Students are placed on the Waiting List according to the date on which the completed application is received. Their name stays on the list until a place opens, or until we are advised by the parents that a place is no longer required. If a place does become available at any point, the enrolment process above is followed.

Families with children already attending the College receive priority on the Waiting List.

If you have any questions regarding the enrolment process, please contact us here.
