Does the school offer scholarships?

We do not run a scholarship program but we do we provide sibling discounts to all families. You can find out more here


Do you accept overseas students?

We no longer accept full fee paying overseas students


How does the school communicate with parents?

Effective and accessible communication with parents is very important to us. To make things as centralised as possible, we use an online portal called Schoolbox for much of our communication with parents. In there you'll find everything from news posts about the day, to online forms, fee payments, academic reports, the school calendar, and your child's timetable. Schoolbox is accessible online and also on your phone through a very convenient app for Android and Apple devices.

We also communicate with parents through Networks, our fortnightly newsletter, which contains articles, stories from around the school, and community news


Do all students need a laptop?

We provide laptop computers for each secondary student as part of their learning, and primary students have access to computers in their classroom


Do you have a school uniform?

Yes, we have a compulsory uniform for students from Prep to Year 12

You can order new uniforms through Bob Stewart, and we also have a second-hand uniform shop that opens on set days throughout the year


Is there a school bus?

We have 5 chartered buses for students which travel to Box Hill, Croydon North, Diamond Creek, Templestowe, and Wonga Park.

A public bus also operates between the school and Nunawading Station each day.

How do you support students with special needs?

Our Learning Support staff provide programs to assist students to develop strategies that ensure they can experience educational success. We're committed to discovering and providing the best learning conditions for all students with extra needs, in an environment that promotes intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and most importantly spiritual, well-being


Can the school support my child’s medical condition?

We employ two nurses who support students with medical conditions in liaison with their parents, in addition to providing First Aid throughout the day. Additionally, all our staff are also first aid trained


Do I need to provide an immunisation certificate for my child?

By law parents must provide a copy of the Immunisation Status Certificate for all primary students. Information regarding this requirement can be found here.


Do you have a music program?

Music is compulsory from Prep to Year 8 and is offered as an elective from Year 9. The College offers private instrumental lessons for a large range of instruments and provides opportunities for our many bands and ensembles to perform at various events and competitions. Do you have a sports program?

Physical Education is compulsory from Prep to Year 8 and is offered as an elective from Year 9. Sport is compulsory from Prep to Year 11. Each year we hold athletics, cross country and swimming carnivals for both primary and secondary students, with many students progressing to District and State competitions. We also participate in the EISM inter-school sports program. You can find out more about it here


How about a weekend sports program?

Sport is not compulsory on weekends however your child is welcome to join one of the teams associated with our Community


What are your school hours?

School commences at 8:30am for all students and finishes at 3:10pm for primary students, and 3:15pm for secondary students


Do you have an out of school and holiday program?

Our Out of School Hours Care program includes before school care, after school care and holiday care for primary aged kids. The program is run by OSHClub in partnership with College staff


Do you have a canteen?

We have an onsite canteen which is open every school day for morning recess and lunch. Our canteen has been the proud recipient of Manningham's 5 Star Food Safety Awards over many consecutive years
