At Donvale Christian College we seek to prepare students for a future beyond school in which they will fulfill their calling to
act justly, love kindness and walk humbly with God.

A College For All Students

From the moment a child takes their first steps into a Primary year, a dynamic partnership unfolds between their parents and the school, where Christ is central to learning and Christian community is cherished.

This partnership extends through the transition to Secondary, the more turbulent middle school years, and all the way through to their graduation as mature young adults.

We take time and care to ensure that our students leave ready to take on the challenges of higher education and the workforce, living meaningful lives in a changing world.

From Our Principal

With humble gratitude to God, mindful of His graciousness to us over five decades of providing schooling to local Christian families, we here at Donvale Christian College are thankful for the remarkable vision for Kingdom work given to our founders. They were determined to provide an education where faith permeates every aspect of school life, not just as a comfortable add-on. And we haven’t changed in that determination.

Today we give practical form to the Biblical principle that parents hold the fundamental responsibility for the education of their children, but we are partners in that responsibility (Proverbs 22:6).

Our contemporary vision for our graduates is that, informed by an ever-deepening understanding of who Jesus is and His call on their lives, they will hold values that reflect a strong sense of their responsibilities. Trusting God, we pray that they have an emergent, maturing Christian faith, understanding how God has gifted them for life; that they will be confident and strong to stand against injustice; and that they will take their place as leaders with integrity in any situation.

In other words, they will act justly, love kindness and walk humbly with God.
