At Donvale Christian College, we want to help students be inspired by creation and the creative gifts bestowed by our God. One of the many ways we do this is through Creative Arts Week, a week when students exercise their creative gifts in a manner which points to their Creator. In this week, regular classes are replaced by opportunities to experience the joys of imagination, refinement and performance in a wide range of the arts. From drama to dance, music to multimedia, set construction to the culinary arts; students work together, regardless of age and ability to create a communal celebration of creativity: another distinctive example of The Donvale Difference.

Campus tours are a great way to find out more about our school, walk around the Primary or Secondary classrooms, and ask questions.

It is my considerable pleasure to bring you greetings from the Donvale Christian College community.
At Donvale Christian College we seek to prepare students for their future beyond school in which they will fulfil their calling as ambassadors for God.
In partnership with parents, we are preparing them to be people who, with spiritual discernment, intellectual honesty, and a passion for the gospel of Christ, will humbly attempt to interpret and apply Biblical themes and values to their own cultural setting and to the work to which God calls them.
Commencing in 1975, DCC is a non-denominational co-educational school which is located in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne. It currently has over 1200 students from Prep to Year 12. The College was commenced by a group of Christian people to serve Christian families by providing a biblically directed, Christ-centred education. A key enrolment criterion is that at least one parent must be active in a Christian community.
Through high quality teaching and learning in a nurturing, stimulating and biblically directed environment, students grow in their understanding of God's world and in their commitment to serving Christ in all areas of life.
Donvale Christian College is constantly planning and upgrading its classrooms, specialist teaching and co-curricular learning spaces to keep pace with contemporary pedagogical approaches. During the course of a student’s time at the College it would be normal for the student to experience the excitement of taking possession of new improved learning environments at some point.
For many Christian families, Donvale Christian College is seen as a great place for students to receive a well-rounded and rigorous education within an environment that reflects the Christian values and attitudes of their home. I would encourage prospective parents and students to explore this website and then to visit us at school and talk further about your aspirations and expectations.
