Thank you for considering Donvale Christian College for your child’s education. We welcome enrolment enquiries for all year levels and encourage parents to explore our Prospectus and Statement of Principles and Values before applying.
As a Christ-centred school, our enrolment is open to families where at least one parent regularly attends church. Applications are processed in line with our Enrolment Policy to ensure alignment with the College’s mission and values.

Application for Enrolment
To apply for enrolment, please complete the Enrolment Form and submit it with the following documents:
- A letter of reference from your church pastor/minister
- A copy of your child/ren’s birth certificate/s
- A copy of your child/ren’s passport/s and visa/s if they are not Australian citizens
(Please note we do not accept full fee paying international students)A non-refundable application fee of $100 per family applies.
What Happens Next?
1. Application Confirmation
Once received, applications are acknowledged with a receipt of payment and placed on a Waiting List*.
2. Confirmation of Interest
Around 18 months before entry, our Enrolments Team will contact families to confirm their intention to proceed.
3. Interview Invitation (subject to availability)
Families may be invited to an interview with the Executive Principal and a College Board Member to discuss faith and meet the family.
(Due to high demand, we may be unable to interview every applicant)4. Letter of Offer or Waitlist
After the interview, successful applicants will either receive a Letter of Offer or will remain on the waiting list until a place becomes available.
5. Accepting an Offer
To secure enrolment, families must return all forms and pay the non-refundable pre-entry fee of $1,800.
6. Second Interview
In the year before entry, students and parents attend an interview with the Primary or Secondary Leadership Team to discuss learning and transition.
*Waiting Lists
Students are placed on a waiting list based on the date of application. Their name will remain on the list until a place opens up. Families with siblings already attending Donvale receive priority placement.
If a place becomes available, the enrolment process follows as outlined above.
