Welcome to Year 12
Welcome to Year 12; a momentous year in the life of a student. There are many significant milestones which occur and are unique to this final year of secondary schooling. It is a year of forging a pathway through the VCE always striving for academic excellence as well as exploring a pathway for the future beyond DCC. We aim to equip our students with the necessary skills and fortitude to embrace the challenges of both Year 12 and life after school, and to see them embrace life with enthusiasm and thus participate fully in all that the year brings. Amongst the hard work and studying for SACs and exams there are many opportunities to enjoy social activities together and to celebrate student achievement. We hope that our Year 12 students will develop not just academically and socially, but most importantly in their Christian faith as they journey through their final year and prepare for life after school.

Forms & Letters to Parents
These have been posted home to you, but in the possibility that they went missing in action, please download them below. Most forms need to be returned to Secondary Administration if not otherwise specified on the document.
Excursion and Camps
In Year 12 we have a number of excursions designed to enhance students' learning, tightly linked to the curriculum. Camps give students opportunities to interact with each other and work in teams outside of the school environment. They learn new outdoor and nature-based skills and take home great memories! The camp(s) planned for this year are listed below with permission slips.
- VET Fashion:
- All non-DCC students must complete and submit a Student Medical Form
2017 Book orders - to be updated in Term 4
The booklists for all year levels and order forms can be found on the Secondary Booklist page.
We offer books through two possible suppliers - Campion and OzTextbooks. For math subjects, there is also the option to buy your calculator as part of a bulk purchase through the college, at a lower cost. Calculators purchased this way can be picked up from the college. The Friends of Donvale (FOD) parent group also manage and offer second-hand books for sale.
